30-day returns

You can request a change-of-mind return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition. Keep the packaging and your order confirmation.

How to request a return

Email mrfzy326@gmail.com with your order number and the item you want to return. Contact us before sending it back so we can provide return instructions and the correct address. Do not send returns to an address printed in a supplier photograph.

Return postage

You pay the return postage for change-of-mind returns.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

Contact us with your order number and a description of the problem so we can review it and explain the next steps. The change-of-mind conditions above do not limit any rights that apply to a faulty or incorrect item.

Refunds

We will inspect returned items and email you the result. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your payment provider.
